Returns & Exchanges
Most sales are final. We look at returns and exchanges on a case by case basis. If you use or light the candle it is not eligible for a return or exchange. Please leave the wick unlit.
If your candle was damaged during transit, please contact us so that we can contact the carrier. Please contact us to take care of your replacement.
If you received a damaged candle as a gift mailed directly to you we'll send you a gift card for the same amount.
